Register for the season
Grab your seat in Season 1 — one registration covers every week of the Derby. You’ll set up your player profile before the first tiles fly.

Show up and play
Sessions run weekly at The Bamboo Room. Pick the times that fit your week, take a seat, and play — four players, four games, each dealing once.

Log and confirm scores
Tap in the scores at the table. Once all four players confirm, your result posts to the season boards instantly.

Every Circuit plays by the same league standard, so there’s nothing to negotiate and nothing to set up. When a game ends, tap in the scores — the app keeps the running totals, reconciles the Circuit bonuses, and posts your result to the season once all four players confirm.

When and where does the Derby play?
Weekly sessions at The Bamboo Room in Tulsa, with several time windows each week. The season runs eight weeks, starting Monday, September 28.
What if I have to miss a week?
Life happens — there’s no mandatory attendance. Your standings are built from the matches you do play, and the scoring is designed so one quiet week doesn’t sink your season.
I’m new to American Mahjong. Can I play?
Yes — beginner through advanced. You pick your own skill level when you register, and it’s a hint for filling tables, not a bracket.
What does it cost, and what’s the refund policy?
Registration is $70 for the full season. You can request a refund through the end of the seventh day of the season, less the card-processing fee — and if the season doesn’t run, you get a full refund automatically. See the refund policy for details.
Do I need the app?
You’ll create a free player account to log scores and follow the leaderboards — in the Omahji Circuit app or at app.mahjcircuit.com. We’ll walk you through it before the season starts.
