Refund policy
You can request a refund of your season registration from the moment you register through the end of the seventh day of your season, less the card-processing fee (2.9% + 30¢). After the seventh day of the season, registrations are no longer refundable.
Tulsa, OK Season 1: the season starts Monday, September 28, and you can request a refund through October 4, 2026, less the processing fee.
If your city does not reach its minimum number of players, or we cancel the season for any reason, you receive a full refund automatically — including the processing fee, with nothing to request.
Requesting a refund
Email mark@omahji.com from the email address you registered with, and include the name on your registration. Refunds go back to your original payment method and typically appear within 5–10 business days.
Omahji Circuit is operated by Omahji LLC. This policy applies to season registrations purchased on this site.
