Terms of service

These terms are an agreement between you and Omahji LLC (“Omahji Circuit,” “we”) and govern the Circuit app, our websites, and participation in Circuit leagues. By creating an account or registering for a season, you agree to them.

Eligibility and your account

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. Keep your account information accurate, and keep your credentials to yourself — you’re responsible for activity on your account. Your profile photo must be a real, current photo of your face; accounts with avatars, logos, illustrations, or someone else’s photo may be asked to fix it or be removed by their league’s organizer.

League play

Circuit leagues are in-person events. Season formats, schedules, and venues vary by market and are described on each league’s page. Scores are submitted and confirmed by the players at the table; league organizers may adjudicate disputes and correct results, and their determinations are final. Before playing you’ll be asked to sign a participation waiver in the app, which also forms part of your agreement with us.

Registrations, payments, and refunds

Season registrations are one-time purchases processed by Stripe and charged in full at checkout. Refunds are governed by our refund policy, which you accept at checkout.

Conduct

Be someone people want at their table. We have zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users. Harassment, cheating, misrepresenting your identity, objectionable photos or profile content, or behavior that puts other players or venues at risk may result in suspension or removal from a league or from Circuit, without refund except as the refund policy provides. You can report a player from their profile in the app, and block a player to hide them from your chapter and stop seeing matches they propose — blocking also notifies us so we can review it.

Assumption of risk

League play happens in person at venues we don’t operate. You participate at your own risk, and the waiver you sign in the app governs the details.

Our content and yours

The Circuit apps, sites, and brand are ours; don’t copy or misuse them. You retain rights to your profile photo and grant us permission to display it within the product to the players and organizers described in our privacy policy.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The app and sites are provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, Omahji LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the app, the sites, or league play, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

Termination, changes, and governing law

You can delete your account at any time (how deletion works); we may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. We may update these terms and will change the date above when we do. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon. Questions: mark@omahji.com.
