Deleting your account

You can delete your Circuit account yourself, at any time, from inside the app. Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone.

How to delete your account

1. Open the Circuit app (or app.mahjcircuit.com) and sign in.
2. Go to your Profile.
3. Scroll down and tap Delete account.
4. Type the confirmation word shown, and confirm.

What deletion does

• Your sign-in is destroyed — the account can never be accessed again.
• Your name, profile photo (including the stored photo file), skill level, and contact details are removed immediately.
• Any venues you added are removed from every picker.
• Match results you were part of are retained in anonymised form — shown as “Former member” — because a Mahjong match has four players, and your tablemates’ season history includes the games you played together. Nothing that remains identifies you.

Deleting your account doesn’t by itself refund a season registration — refunds are handled under the refund policy.

If you can’t access the app

Email mark@omahji.com from the email address on your account and we’ll process the deletion for you.
